Organically grown, hand-picked and laid out to bask in the warm Italian sun, these tomatoes are the succulent side of sun-dried. They are removed from the heat before fully dried, so they stay juicier, while keeping that distinctly intense sweet-tartness.

Marinated in the finest oil, the dried tomatoes are seasoned with traditional herbs from an Apulian recipe that has been handed down by generations. To make sure the rich, ripe flavours are all sealed in, Biona pack them within 24 hours of harvest.
