We deliver directly to your door using our own fleet of vehicles across the South East and London. Use the table below to find your delivery day and minimum order value.

Receiving Orders

We always do our best to make sure that your delivery arrives as ordered, but occasionally we do make a mistake. Please check your order on arrival. Once it is signed for, we can't accept any claims made except for quality. If you do have a problem, please get in touch with us before returning goods.

Discount

Business customers receive a discount based on the order value before tax:

• £200 = 1%
• £300 = 2%
• £400 = 3%
• £500 = 4%
• £800 = 5%
• £1500 = 6%
• £2000 = 7%

Carrier Delivery Info

To deliver outside our fleet delivery area we book pallet spaces with a national haulage company. The service they provide is a delivery of a pallet Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm.

Orders placed before noon will be able to select the next day as the earliest dispatch date. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Receiving a Carrier Order

Carrier customers wishing to return goods must obtain agreement from us first. Should you be dissatisfied with the condition of your order upon delivery you MUST sign the carrier's delivery note as appropriate e.g. 'Received as damaged'.

Carrier Delivery Discount

Business customers in Areas 1, 2 & 3 receive a discount based on the order value before tax:

• £500 = 2%
• £600 = 3%
• £700 = 4%
• £800 = 5%
• £1500 = 6%
• £2000 = 7%
