Plump, nutty and satisfyingly hearty. Aconbury’s organic chickpeas sprout in just 2 to 3 days into fresh, crunchy shoots with a rich, buttery flavour. Every 100g gives around 250g of sprouts, so this 500g bag goes a long way. Toss them through salads and grain bowls for a bit of bite, or stir them into soups, stews and casseroles.
