Puglia's favourite aperitivo snack, with a fiery twist. Made at a local tarallificio using 100% Italian wheat and 11% organic extra virgin olive oil, these taralli are first boiled then baked in the traditional style for a perfectly light, crisp, golden crunch. Italian chilli and paprika add a warm, lively kick that makes them very hard to stop at a handful. Serve alongside olives and cheeses as part of a proper aperitivo spread, or eat them straight from the bag with a cold drink. Simple, addictive and thoroughly Puglian.
