A proper Christmas project from the home of Lebkuchen. This organic kit from Nuremberg's Wicklein includes everything needed to build and decorate a gingerbread house from scratch: spiced gingerbread panels, organic fruit gummies, dark chocolate lentils with natural colour from spirulina, carrot and elderberry, and powdered sugar for the finishing touches. The gingerbread itself is warmly spiced with cinnamon and made with organic wheat flour and natural raising agents. The decorations are every bit as considered, with fruit gummies coloured using turmeric and elderberry and chocolate lentils made with at least 60% cocoa solids. Equally good fun for children and adults who refuse to grow up entirely.
