Made at a local Puglian tarallificio using 100% Italian wheat and 11% organic extra virgin olive oil, boiled then baked in the traditional style for a light, golden crunch. A 2% addition of onion adds a gentle, rounded savouriness that makes these effortlessly snackable alongside drinks, olives or cheeses.
