Four ingredients, exceptional provenance. These handmade taralli are built on durum wheat semolina from stone-milled organic ancient grains, freshly milled for each batch from the Alta Murgia national park, and 16% single-estate Coratina extra virgin olive oil, also stone-milled, for a flavour that is rich, rounded and deeply Puglian. Boiled then baked in the traditional style for a satisfying golden crunch. Vegan, yeast free and as good with a glass of wine as they are on their own. The purist's taralli.
