Fraccaro take their craft seriously, hand-kneading a sourdough starter and allowing the slow, natural fermentation process to develop the light, pillowy texture that makes a great panettone worth waiting for. Plump sultanas and candied orange peel studded throughout, lifted by citrus essential oils and real vanilla extract from the berry. Organic, naturally leavened and specifically formulated to be safe for coeliacs, without compromising on the softness or depth of flavour you would expect from the real thing.
