Creamy cashew meets deep, complex raw chocolate. At 55% cashew to 45% chocolate, the nut holds its own against a generously thick coating made with Criollo variety cacao beans, grown by family farmers in the Amazonian rainforest, and sweetened with Indonesian coconut sugar for a naturally low glycaemic sweetness. Coconut milk powder gives the chocolate a smooth, slightly creamy finish that makes these work just as well as a baking decoration as they do eaten straight from the bag. Organic, considered and made with a genuine passion for good chocolate.
