Thursday Cottage use deep, dark morello cherries for their naturally rich colour and subtly almond-like aroma, spiced with cinnamon and cloves and finished with a splash of cherry brandy for a quiet warmth that sets it apart from the everyday. Hand-poured in small batches to keep as much whole fruit in the jar as possible. Spread it thickly on toast, swirl it through porridge or spoon it into the centre of a sponge. A small luxury, simply delivered.
