This organic whole wheat tagliatelle is made from one hundred percent Italian durum wheat semolina, drawn from Canosa di Puglia's richly productive agricultural land and shaped into the broad, ribbon-like strands that have made tagliatelle one of Italy's most enduring and beloved pasta formats. Bronze extruded for a naturally textured finish, the wide, flat ribbons catch and carry sauce across their full surface, making every forkful as generously coated as the last. The whole wheat lends a warmth and nuttiness to the flavour that feels particularly well suited to the format, the broader strands giving the earthier character of the grain more room to express itself than a finer pasta shape would allow. Certified organic and packaged in recyclable paper.
