Venezuela Porcelana is made with true Porcelana cacao, one of the rarest in the world, named for its smooth, pale pods and the white cacao seeds inside. Its grown on small agroforestry plots in Venezuela overseen by Iraima Chacón, known locally as 'La Reina del Porcelana'. The cacao makes a delicate 85% extra dark chocolate, smoother and gentler than you might expect from a bar this dark. Made from cacao beans, sugar and cocoa butter, its vegan and gluten free, and made in the UK by Chocolate Tree.
