Earthy, hearty and quick to sprout. Aconbury’s organic brown lentils grow into fresh, crunchy sprouts in just 2 to 3 days, with a mild, nutty flavour that works in all sorts of dishes. Every 100g of lentils gives around 250g of sprouts, so you get plenty from each batch. Toss them through salads and sandwiches for texture, or add them to soups and casseroles for extra body.
