Light, crisp and delicately sweet. Aconbury’s organic clover seed sprouts into fine, leafy shoots similar to alfalfa, with a fresh, mild flavour and a gentle crunch. They’re ready to eat in just 4 to 5 days, and every 10g of seed produces up to 100g of sprouts. Pile them into sandwiches and wraps, toss them through salads, or scatter them over finished dishes as a fresh garnish. They grow happily all year round in Aconbury’s sprouting jar, with growing instructions included in the resealable bag. A fresh crop in under a week.
