Mark mostly writes articles for Infinity Foods Wholesale. He does his best to make it sound interesting and to squeeze in as many smiles as possible.
Mark has no professional background in writing, beyond a couple of GCSEs heavily obscured by the mists of time. But with over 20 years working in the wholefoods industry he hopefully knows his orzo from his arborio.
When not trying to make vegetarian pâté sound dazzling, he can be found coaching kids football, playing obscure Sussex pub games and writing and playing music with his band The Self Help Group.
