The World's Biggest Apple Crumble

Something pretty huge just happened in a field near Glastonbury...

A few weeks ago Ferally Good Festival contacted us with an exciting proposition.

Would we be willing to help them try to make the World's biggest apple crumble?

Well, how could we say no?

It looked to be a proper family affair. Many hands coming together to peel, chop and crumble.

The world's biggest apple crumble cooking over an open fire in giant metal trays

The dish was cooked over fire by forager chef Peter ‘Chippy’ Grant, The Gatherer Wild and Callum Brunt, with the huge metal trays and fire-cooking contraption made specially for the occasion by blacksmith and carpenter Will Heard.

It was a brilliant harvest celebration and community building adventure!

Made by many, for everyone to eat.
