These deliciously simple biscuits are a source of fibre, iron, and phosphorus, with no yeast or dairy. Made with quality cold-pressed oil, they’re perfect for either sweet or savoury toppings. Though not gluten-free, Kamut® is thought to be easier to digest than modern wheat, and this ancient grain’s rich history goes back to a WW2 pilot discovering it in an Egyptian tomb.
