It contains all three essential omega fatty acids, is rich in vitamin E, and low in saturated fat, making it a popular choice for heart-conscious cooking. With a mild flavour and a recommended maximum heating temperature of 100°C, it’s best used in dressings, dips, and gentle warming – not for high-heat frying.
