Using bark hives suspended in the forest canopy, wild bees forage on nectar-rich blossoms to produce a clear, gently earthy honey. It’s cold-pressed and only lightly warmed to hive temperature for bottling – never pasteurised, and only minimally filtered to retain natural pollen and full flavour.
