Whole oats, full of goodness. These are oats at their most natural – hulled, cleaned, and left whole. Organic oat groats have a subtle, creamy flavour and a pleasantly chewy texture that holds up well in slow-cooked dishes. They take a little longer to cook than rolled oats, but it’s worth the wait. Use them in hearty soups, grain bowls or as a wholesome base for breakfast – just soak overnight and simmer until tender. Less processed, more satisfying. Just the way we like it.
