Bold berries, handmade the traditional way. This organic blackcurrant conserve is made by the Wilkin family at Tiptree, Essex, farmers since 1757 and preserve makers since 1885. The fruit is hand-prepared and slowly cooked in small batches using cherished recipes and copper-bottomed pans. Rich, tart and full of flavour, it’s free from artificial colours and flavours, and made in a nut-free kitchen right by the farm.
