Alcohol vinegar 8% La pharmacerie ecologic® is an aqueous solution comprising acetic acid titrated at 8%. Traditionally used for food in all kitchens around the world, it also constitutes a remarkable, multi-use, ecological and inexpensive household product. Its properties are very numerous: food preservative, degreaser, deodorizer, descaler, cleaner... and its uses are very extensive: food, household, family hygiene and cosmetics. It behaves like a weak acid written CH3-COOH which allows it to neutralize weak bases and to particularly decompose carbonates (including the limestone in our pipes).
