Made from finely ground sun dried sweet apricot kernels from Uzbekistan and hand harvested Bolivian brazil nuts, blended with a touch of cold pressed sunflower oil for smooth spreadability. Delicious on toast or crackers, brilliant in baking, especially flapjacks, and great for adding a creamy, nutritious boost to smoothies. Naturally rich in selenium and healthy fats, and contains laetrile B17 (amygdalin). Best enjoyed in moderation, no more than 20g per day.
