This organic whole wheat spaghetti is drawn from one hundred percent Italian durum wheat semolina, grown in the fertile plains of Canosa di Puglia where the conditions for producing exceptional wheat have been understood and respected for generations. Bronze extrusion gives each strand a subtly rough, matte surface that clings to sauce with every twirl of the fork, turning even the simplest dressing of olive oil and garlic into something that coats evenly and eats beautifully. The whole wheat brings a natural nuttiness and a deeper, more complex flavour than white spaghetti, along with a firmer, more resilient bite that holds its texture well through cooking and sits more substantially in the bowl. Certified organic and wrapped in recyclable paper, it's a considered everyday staple that asks very little of the cook but gives a great deal back.
