Bold berries, handmade the traditional way. This organic blackcurrant conserve is made by the Wilkin family at Tiptree, Essex – farmers since 1757 and preserve makers since 1885. The fruit is hand-prepared and slowly cooked in small batches using cherished recipes and copper-bottomed pans. Rich, tart and full of flavour, it’s free from artificial colours and flavours, and made in a nut-free kitchen right by the farm.
