It’s handmade by the Wilkin family at Tiptree, Essex farmers since 1757 and preserve makers since 1885. Every batch is cooked in copper-bottomed pans, using hand-prepared fruit and time-honoured recipes. Made in a nut-free kitchen and free from artificial colours and flavours.
